In City Council races, the Club has endorsed Diane Gibson in the District 7 race in the near Northeast Heights.  Diane is an incumbent who has been a reliable supporter of our issues.  The Club has also endorsed Cynthia Borrego in District 5, on the north west side of town (Dan Lewis’ old district).  This has recently been a conservative stronghold, but we believe that Cynthia is the kind of candidate who can break that stranglehold and give us a pro-environment councilor in District 5.

If you can help on these campaigns, or have any questions about these activities, contact  Richard Barish at richard.barish@gmail.com or 232-3013.
