Thank you for your support!
Would you like to support the Rio Grande Chapter campaign to promote clean, renewable energy? How about our outreach efforts such as Global Warming Express? Shouldn't the Public Regulation Commission be held accountable for enforcing New Mexico's Renewable Energy Act? Your donations make all these things happen!
The Sierra Club is a non-profit 501(c)(4) organization. This means that membership dues and most contributions are not tax-deductible. This status allows us to lobby for environmental issues and support political candidates. Our membership activities and lobbying costs relating to advocacy can be supported by your non-tax-deductible contributions to the organization.
Some projects – such as Global Warming Express and Water Sentinels – are educational and tax-deductible, as are all contributions to the Sierra Club Foundation. You can support these activities with your tax-deductible contribution (second button below).
Help the Rio Grande Chapter and become a big part of keeping people, animals and our public lands healthy in New Mexico and West Texas. Your generous donation is an investment in the future of our environment and the protection of our most special places!
Please donate to support our educational programs such as Water Sentinels and Global Warming Express. These donations are tax-deductible.
Donate to our Rio Grande Chapter Political Action Committee to help elect environmental champions. Please send your donation to:

Laptops or desktop computers in good working condition. Our volunteer network enters a lot of data and we are always short computers on volunteer days. Click to contact Camilla Feibelman for details.
Vehicle donation. Donate your vehicle and support the charitable programs of your Sierra Club Chapter. When you donate a vehicle that you no longer need or use, you reduce your impact, support your chapter, and receive a tax deduction. CARS will pick up most cars, trucks, trailers, boats, RVs, motorcycles, off-road vehicles, and heavy equipment, making it easy for you to support the Sierra Club's mission to move toward a greener future.
