The December 2018 featured artist Rickey Richardson will be showing her collage art in “Sense of Sight,” opening December 7, 6-8 pm. Rickey has a BFA from the U of Washington and an MFA from Pratt Institute. She has been creating multi-media art for many years, and has shown her work at Queens Museum in NY.
The work will hang through January at the Albuquerque office (2215 Lead Ave SE). The work will hang through January. 30% of sales benefit the Sierra Club, and refreshments will be provided.

This is a holiday party to celebrate our election success and our wonderful bosque. The Bash will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, December 8, at the ever-hospitable Tortuga Gallery, 901 Edith SE in Albuquerque.
There will be a silent auction, music from The Laughing Remains, poetry from Albuquerque’s Poet Laureate, Michelle Otero, food, community, just a bit of discussion about the challenges that the bosque is facing in the warmer future, and more.
