Advanced Clean Cars and Trucks in New Mexico
On July 3, Gov. Lujan Grisham proposed Advanced Clean Car II and Advanced Clean Trucks standards. The proposal requires 82% of new cars sold in New Mexico by 2032 to have zero emissions.
